Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The exact timing of when the refund appears in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that qualify for free return shipping, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund amount.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless required by law. Some health and personal care items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete our investigation before contacting us again about the same refund.

For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us, as refunds are sometimes credited there even if you originally paid through a linked bank account or credit card.
